Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order ship?
We send orders to our printer on the 15th of every month. We receive the fabric from the printer in about 3-4 weeks. Once its processed, we ship and you will receive notification with tracking. We mostly ship with USPS but will use UPS if it is more cost effective.
Will my fabric be sent continuous?
We try to send all fabric continuous. Occasionally the printer sends it in more than one piece. If this happens we will contact you.
Will my files be used for anyone else?
Your files are used for you and you alone. I delete them once printed, as does my printer. If there is extra or a misprint that will be sent to you as well.
Can I get the panel in a different color or without words?
Short answer, yes. Most of the panels can be color changed and done with or without words. Send us a message with the panel you are looking at and what changes you are wanting.
Can I have the fabric scaled differently?
Yes. Make a note on your order what you are using it for or how big you want the largest character.
Can you print quarter yards or strips?
Yes. The amount to be printed must be in yard increments (example 4 fat halves) Send us a message with what designs you want and sizing.

Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges
Based on the nature of custom print fabric, cancellations are not allowed.
Please note that once you have received your order, you have 7 days to look over your fabric for any issues (this includes flaws and measurements). If you wash the fabric before inquiring about any flaws or issues with your fabric, you will be ineligible for an exchange/refund of store credit/return. If you are eligible for a refund of store credit, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (UNLESS the return is due to company error.) Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit refund, we will deduct the cost of shipping (that you paid originally) from the store credit refund unless this store credit refund/return is due to a company error.
To complete your return we require a proof of purchase; which can be your receipt or packing slip.
If your fabric has been washed, or it is not in its original condition (damaged or cut not due to company error), or is returned more than 10 days after you received it: it will be ineligible for return/refund. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This means you are unable to exchange a yard of fabric with one pattern for another. Unless the pattern received is noticeably different than the pattern ordered.
DISCLAIMER: Fabric Flaws
Fabric is printed on 36” by 60-70” wide fabric but due to the nature of the printing process there can sometimes be flaws along the edges of the fabric resulting in the fabric being 58'“-68” inches in width. It is not uncommon for you to see potential white specks or a slight curve of the images due to the printing process; this cannot be avoided. If you have a flaw that can be covered up by a quarter this will be considered acceptable and not eligible for a return, as it is not affecting the whole fabric. If your fabric is off in length by more than 3 inches on each yard, then you will be entitled to a refund/exchange/return as long as it is unwashed.
